This small bakelite table model covers the
standard broadcast band from
540-1720kc and uses the 5 loktal tubes:-
7A8 (mixer/LO), 7B7 (IF), 7C6 (2nd
detector/agc/1st af), 35A5 (af output),
35Z3 (rectifier).
According to the PhilcoRadio.com website
this model had an original purchase price
of $9.99. Although relatively easily found,
these small Philcos have become very
collectible of late.
