Emerson Model 587 Series B Table Model (1949)
This ac/dc-powered all-American-five midget receiver covers standard broadcast from 540 - 1620kc.
The tubes used are 12BE6 (mixer/LO), 12BA6 (IF), 12AT6 (2nd detector/AVC/1st AF), 50B5 (AF
beam power tube), 35W4 (rectifier). Early runs of model 587 utilized the octal tube set (12SA7GT,
12SK7GT, 12SQ7GT, 50L6GT, 25Z5GT).
